Accomodation & Rates

Eastvie combines the traditional and the modern in comfortable and well appointed family accomodation and can be rented for £350 per week. Saturday to Saturday is normally prefered but  other periods can be booked by arrangement.

Bedrooms

 

Eastview like many crofters cottages was home to large families, it was split between two families for significant periods at least twice. Now it has four bedrooms; one double, one with twin single beds and two single rooms.

Kitschen

A new kitchen has been installed recently with infra-red electric hob, oven, and microwave etc. There is a washing machine and drying facilities indoor and out.

 

Living Room

The heart of any fishermans cottage was the "but" end, the living room. Eastview is still v-lined with a high roof to give room to hag up herring nets and the origional pine floorbords. It has however been double glazed and central heated along with the rest of the house to make it warm and comfortable in all conditions.
